It's not that Staples is a bad store, we'd just expect a more creative business card is all. No love lost.

This bogus site is a testament to a fool. I have been to the Staples store and have been treated very well. The products and the printing have been excellent

I had business cards printed at Staples copy and print and they came out great, very happy with the product. Staples does stand behind it's products, if your not happy w/ the cards, I'm sure you can return them and have them redone.

They do print things, so yes, they are in the biz, but they are far from being a proper printer.

I don't actually find this surprising. These retail stores often slap a graphic design badge on any of their employees who know how to use a glow and bevel filter. I'd imagine that a large chain like Staples would have some sort of style sheet (guide).

Let's blame the store manager on this one, maybe he has yet to be trained in quality control.
